Economy double room: double or twin beds with bathroom, accessed by about 15 steps, or located on the ground floor overlooking the pool or on the ground floor overlooking the beach. Rooms sold by type.

Standard double room: double or twin beds with bathroom, located on the ground floor or on the lobby level. Rooms sold by type.

Sea view double room: double or twin beds with bathroom and balcony, located on the floor above the lobby.

Seafront double room: double or twin beds with bathroom and balcony, located on the floor above the lobby.

Family Room - for 3 or 4 people: double or twin room with bunk beds and bathroom, 21 square meters.

Quadruple Room: one room; double bed and two single beds with bathroom, 35 square meters, beachfront and overlooking the beach, with no outdoor space.

Room rates include indoor, covered, and uncovered parking (unattended), including for buses, private beach service with one umbrella and two loungers per room, use of the swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.50 m (children's area) to 2.70 m (8.50 ft), free Wi-Fi in the lobby, timed air conditioning, TV, minibar, and in-room safe.

POOL: For safety reasons, use of the pool outside of opening hours is prohibited.

CONFERENCE HALL for meetings, conferences, training sessions, tournaments, courses, and more, for up to 100 people.

We organize or rent the venue for receptions and private parties, including on the beach, by the pool, in our restaurants (up to 180 people), in the conference room (up to 100 people), and on our panoramic terraces, accommodating 150 people on one terrace, 120 people, and an additional 80 people on another terrace.

TO BE PAID ON SPOT: Tourist tax: established by the Municipality of Sperlonga at €3.50 per day per person for a maximum of one week, excluding children under 18 and disabled guests with a valid disability certificate.

 

PET: We accept pets, except on the beach in accordance with regulations and by the pool and in areas where food and/or beverages are served. Room cleaning: €20.00 per day. Any damage caused, including by animals, will be charged.

CRIB: Supplement for crib: €15.00 per day.

Check-in: Room and bathroom: from 2:00 PM

Check-out: Room and bathroom: no later than 10:30 AM.

BEACH TOWELS: Beach towel rental: 2nd and additional towels are available for a fee. Must be returned before departure.

Cancellation Policy

High Season Periods C-D-E: Free cancellation 10 days prior to arrival.

In the event of cancellations and/or changes to the reservation made in writing up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be charged. Cancellations and/or changes made after this deadline will incur a charge of 50% of the entire stay, or the full cost of the night if booking a one-night stay. Guests who depart early will be charged the full amount of their stay. A deposit of 50% or 100%, in the latter case, is required for one-night reservations. This deposit is refundable if cancelled within the established deadlines.
By confirming the reservation, the customer fully accepts the deposit and/or cancellation conditions, with the resulting penalty being paid where applicable.

Low Season Periods A-B: Free cancellation 5 days before the arrival date.

In the event of cancellations and/or changes to the reservation made in writing up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be charged. Cancellations and/or changes made after this deadline will be charged 100% of the first night's stay. Guests who cancel early will be charged the full amount of their stay. A deposit of one night's stay is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is refundable if cancelled within the established deadlines.

In the event of early departure for all periods A-B-C-D-E: the guest is required to pay the full amount of the stay.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Where applicable, discounted rate with full advance payment, non-refundable for cancellation and/or modification.

By booking, the guest fully accepts the booking conditions, early departure, cancellation, cancellation, and reservation modification with penalty as applicable.

For group or agency bookings, the deposit and/or balance will not be refunded or recovered for any reason.

PRIVACY: Guests authorize hotel staff to process their personal data for booking and stay purposes.

AUTHORIZATION FOR REMOTE PAYMENT: The guest authorizes remote payment to the credit card provided, waiving the right to unjustified disputes.
